Is this really free? What's the catch?

Completely free. The audit serves two purposes: it lets us assess whether Growth Operations is right for your business, and it gives you a real asset (the Audit Report) whether you proceed or not. We'd rather discover fit early than waste anyone's time.

Will I talk to an actual founder?

Always. Either Tara or Titus will personally conduct your audit. No sales team, no account managers. The same founders who would operate your growth systems are the ones assessing your business.

What if we're not a fit?

Then you'll know exactly why, and you'll walk away with the Audit Report containing our honest assessment and recommendations. We're selective because Growth Operations requires real partnership - if it's not right, we'll tell you directly.

How is this different from a sales call?

A sales call is about convincing you to buy. An audit is about assessment. We're evaluating whether your business would benefit from Growth Operations, what track makes sense (NEW BUILD vs REBUILD), and whether we can actually help. The Audit Report is yours regardless.

What exactly happens in the audit?

We review your website, positioning, structure, and current operating gaps with you in a 30-minute founder-led session. The goal is to identify where your system is weak, what should change first, and whether SocialTide is the right fit to install and operate it.

What happens after the audit if we're a fit?

If there is mutual fit, the next step is Brand Calibration. That gives us the system inputs to define your install phase clearly, then move into Digital Foundation and ongoing Growth Operations.
