Most domain experts hit a ceiling. It isn't knowledge. It's structure. You have a methodology that works, and ideas for products that could reach ten times the clients at a fraction of the effort. What you don't have is the commercial architecture to turn any of it into a scalable, sellable asset. That's the gap IP to Income closes.
Who this is for
The established expert sitting on un-productized IP, and the first-time founder taking domain expertise to market. Same rigour, two paths to income.
You've built a real practice over a real career — consulting, professional services, technical or operational mastery. You've started to see how your expertise could become something bigger: a product, a platform, a methodology others can license. You don't need someone to validate the idea. You need someone to build the commercial architecture around it without derailing everything you're already running.
You have a clear idea, real conviction, and the domain knowledge to back it up — but you've never taken something from concept to market before. You need a partner who's been inside the commercialization process, not just read about it. Someone who stays in through execution, not someone who hands off a slide deck and disappears.
Both paths lead to the same outcome: expertise that earns beyond the hours you put in.
What we do
The thinking, the structure, and the ongoing execution that turns domain expertise into a scalable income stream.
We are not a design agency.
We are not a software shop.
We are not a marketing firm.
Each of those sells you their piece and leaves the whole to you. We're accountable for the whole — the strategy, the commercial structure, and the build itself.
Two founders. Forty-plus combined years. One operating model.
Tara C. Wilson
Strategic Director · 28+ years in transformation and leadership.
Strategy. Positioning, brand, messaging, the operating rhythm, and client relationships.
Titus Soporan
Technical Director · 15+ years across product, infrastructure, and AI.
Build & Founder. Owned infrastructure, technical and product build, and the founder/equity reps that make IP to Income real.
That pairing is the point. One partnership that can pressure-test the idea, shape the business around it, and build the product itself — strategy and engineering under the same roof, from idea to market and beyond. Together, we cover the full picture: what the product is, whether the market will pay for it, how the business is structured, and what it takes to operate it sustainably.
The two tracks
Both tracks start with a decision-ready blueprint and continue with us as your operating partner through execution. How the engagement is structured depends on where you're starting from — figures live in the conversation, not on this page.
Phase 1
The Commercialization Blueprint
We start with what you have — the expertise, the idea, the instinct that something here is worth building. We pressure-test it, define it, and produce a single decision-ready document that answers one question: is this worth building, and if so, exactly what is it and how does it make money?
This phase stands alone. You get real value whether or not you engage us further.
Phase 2
Build & Launch Partnership
If the blueprint says go, we stay in as your operating partner through execution. Build is not a handoff: Titus has spent two decades architecting and shipping production software, so depending on scope we build the product ourselves or direct build partners with the judgment of people who have shipped. Either way, the right decisions get made, the go-to-market actually happens, and the model gets stress-tested against real-world data. This is where expertise becomes income.
Phase 1
The Founder Blueprint
The same rigorous process, scoped to your stage. We pressure-test whether the idea has real market legs, define the smallest version worth building, and map how it makes money from day one — not just at scale.
Phase 2
Build & Launch Partnership — structured as a bet
Founders are different: you're earlier, cash matters more right now, and what you need isn't just a strategy document. You need someone invested in the outcome alongside you. So we come in at a reduced partner rate and take skin in the game — operating partners building the commercial layer with you through the hardest part, then converting to shared upside once the product is generating revenue and traction is real.
"We take on a few clients, and we go deep on each one."
The small roster is deliberate. It's how every client gets founder-level attention, and how we get to know a business well enough to do our best work. We're selective about fit because the model depends on it. When the fit is right, we take a real stake in the outcome — shared upside, so we only win when you do. A few clients we know well will always beat a long list we don't.
Fewer clients, better work.
What makes this different
Most consultants tell you what to do and leave. Most agencies build what you ask for without questioning whether it's the right thing to build. We run the same model on our own business — owned infrastructure, compounding systems, founder-operated from strategy through delivery. We are not selling a theory.
Founder-operated
Two founders with complementary depth — not a firm with a bench. The people who defined the engagement do the work.
We run it on ourselves
Every system we run for clients, we run on ourselves first — including the platform behind it, designed and built in-house. Operating proof, not a pitch deck.
No handoffs
No junior staff, no loss of context between phases. The same hands stay on the work from blueprint to launch.
A no-commitment discovery call to assess fit — for both of us. If there's a real opportunity here, we'll tell you what the first phase would look like. If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you that too.
We start every conversation by showing you what we found. No pitch. No pressure.
